Radio Inclusion Policy

At User One Studio, we provide a catalog of Internet radio stations for listeners worldwide. Our goal is to make it easier to discover and access radio broadcasts from different countries, genres, and categories while respecting the intellectual property rights of broadcasters and content owners.

Our applications operate as radio directories and players, providing access to publicly available streams operated by third parties.

1. Source of Content

  • Radio streams included in our catalog are obtained from official sources publicly provided by broadcasters or submitted directly by station owners, authorized representatives, or users for verification.
  • We do not host, originate, or modify the audio content of third-party radio streams. Our applications connect users to streaming servers operated by broadcasters or their service providers.
  • Each broadcaster remains responsible for its programming, streaming infrastructure, and the rights associated with the content it transmits.
  • We may verify streaming links and station information before including them in our catalog.

2. Radio Station Inclusion

  • Radio station owners and authorized representatives may request the inclusion of their stations in our catalog.
  • Listeners may also suggest radio stations they would like to find in our applications.
  • Requests can be submitted through our Radio Station Request Form.
  • Each request is subject to review, including verification of the station's information, stream availability, and compatibility with our applications.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee that a station will be included in our catalog.
  • We reserve the right to decline or remove stations for technical, operational, legal, or content-related reasons.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • We respect the intellectual property rights of broadcasters, copyright holders, and other content owners.
  • Our platform functions as a directory of radio streams and does not claim ownership of the programming, music, trademarks, logos, or other content belonging to third parties.
  • Radio station names, logos, and other identifying elements are used to help listeners identify and access the corresponding broadcasts.
  • The inclusion of a radio station does not imply a commercial relationship, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation between the broadcaster and User One Studio.
  • Rights holders who believe that content or identifying materials have been included improperly may contact us to request a review.

4. Content Removal

  • Radio station owners, authorized representatives, and rights holders may request the removal of a station from our catalog.
  • Removal requests must be submitted through our Contact Form.
  • Requests should include the station's name, the application in which it appears, and sufficient information to identify the station and the nature of the request.
  • We may request additional information when necessary to verify the identity or authority of the person submitting the request.
  • Valid removal requests will be reviewed and processed as promptly as reasonably possible.
  • Removing a station from our catalog does not affect its original broadcast or its availability through other platforms and services.

5. Updates and Accuracy

  • Broadcasters may request updates to streaming links, station names, logos, websites, or other information displayed in our applications.
  • Update requests may be submitted through our Contact Form.
  • We strive to keep our catalog accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee the continuous availability or accuracy of information provided by third parties.
  • Radio streams may become unavailable due to technical problems, changes in streaming providers, geographical restrictions, or decisions made by broadcasters.
  • We may update, temporarily disable, or remove stations when their streams are no longer functional or their information cannot be verified.
